Our Production Process
Handling casings is a complex process that requires rigorous sanitary procedures. We are very serious in our approach and we don’t take food safety lightly. First, we receive the raw products directly from the butcher. Then, we calibrate, measure and preserve them in Canadian salt, a salt of unparalleled quality. Finally, we pack them.
Import and Export
We import and export globally, whether in small or large quantity. Choose from a large range of products, including: natural casings, synthetic casings, offal, binders, spices, ham or salami fillets and more.
We want to answer the different needs of our clientele. That’s why we have just started offering synthetic casings that are vegan and vegetarian and that also are halal and kosher certified.
We are HACCP certified (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and all the products that we use are also HACCP certified. This means every casing can be retraced to the animal where it came from.
